Beautiful spot, close to beach and pool. Snorkel gear that was supplied was a nice perk!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean View #208. The rooms were spaceous and the view of the pool/beach was wonderful. Many things were within easy walking distance from the rental including Turtle bay resort restaurants and beach. We appreciated having access to the extensive beach locker that had most anything you would want including beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkling equipment. We especially enjoyed the Beach House restaurant which was right on the beach. I recommend this rental and would not hesitate to return.

Our family absolutely loved our stay. It felt like home away from home with everything we needed. And just steps from the pool and beach. We will be back, many times.

We loved the view, beach, pool, kitchen, bathrooms, and beach lockers. Only complaints tv in 1st and master bedroom remotes not working well, sound so quiet on tv barely audible and area rug under kitchen table dirty. Otherwise we loved the place and would return!

The villa, location, and owner/management were excellent. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, including beach items for our kids. I would highly recommend this villa and location to any family.

We stayed 5 days. Each day we spend half the day around the resort and half the day adventuring. Having access to the locker and beach supplies is very valuable and a nice to have. We rented an suv and loaded it up each day with beach supplies and boogie boards. The unit itself is high-end and you feel good about what youre paying for. That is not always this case. Would definitely return.

Home away from home. We had a great view of the beach from the balcony and the master bedroom.

It was the perfect hybrid of having a spacious place to stay with amenities for cooking our own meals with the option of utilizing the resort’s restaurants and activities as well! We loved our stay and plan to come back! The hosts were extremely helpful and detailed and ensured it was a seamless transition in and out! Thank you!

Perfect location. The condo had everything we needed for a good beach experience. It was nice having the Turtle Bay Hotel right next door where the restaurants were very good. We had a nice spa day and even rented a cabana.

If you want to be at Turtle Bay, see the ocean from your room and have quality amenities, this is the spot. I asked for early check in and their people were very receptive and quick to answer.

The listing doesn't do this place justice. Listing some of the best things: Having a reserved parking spot convenient to the unit, the key code (no key) situation, THE HEAVENLY SHEETS, The roominess of the unit, the boogie boards, snorkel equipment, cooler, toys in the storage unit, everything you need is there. I spent HOURS on the Lanai watching the waves and birds. The pool was heated!

me and my family stayed for 5 nights and we love the villa location and what it has to offer, the pool and the hot spa were neat to relax a anytime before and after a long day swimming in the ocean. the villa was very clean, and big. plus all the aminities they give you to enjoy the beach, with snorkling gear, umbrellas, chairs, toys for the kids to play in the sand even a cooler to take to the beach and enjoy your cool drinks. i will say groceries store are a little far to villa but it is well worth it the drive, 5 to 10 minute drive to the nearest store. very peaceful place to enjoy with the family or for couples... we love the place so much and we will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Turtle Bay. The unit was clean and well appointed, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The hotel next door was a great resource for morning coffee or provisions, or for surfing lessons. We would definitely recommend this place to friends.

This was the first time we had seen our daughters in quite a while. The unit was perfectly located for a beautiful view of the ocean and immediately above the pool area. A+++

It was perfect. We had watched U-Tube videos, so we knew what to expect but a video does not do it justice.

We had a wonderful experience. The condo is well equipped, beautifully furnished and located incredibly. Our AC went out the first day and they promptly got it working. All of the beach toys and snorkel gear were lifesavers for us as well!

Overall very good. Cannot say excellent due to housekeeping issues, however, the manager was quick in trying to resolve the issue remotely.

Awesome experience for my daughters birthday at the Villas. Lots to do and the rooms were spacious. Staff at the resort was so nice and helpful when we dined in the restaurants there.

What a great place right on the the beach. Great Villa with a beautiful view of the beach. It is on the North Shore away from the busy life near Honolulu. It was very clean, and they have snorkel gear and beach items there.

We chose Turtle Bay because I was born in Kahuku 57 years ago. We had our adult children and one wife and a girlfriend along. It was doable to use the space because we were always gone until night and then we played cards in the living room. Kitchen was very nice and well stocked with equipment needed. Many Thanks for a lovely view from the condo.

This was a great stay at Turtle Bay. We have stayed many times as guests of the hotel and villas but this was our first time with a rental. Things were just as described and the cost was much less than the resort with all the amenities. The onsite staff was great for any needs or problems with the unit. We will be returning again.

What a wonderful location with a terrific view and a very clean 2 bedroom villa. Can't say enough about what a great location this is. If your looking for a
nice place to take a vacation I would highly recommend this place in Ko Olina. We were also able to play 2 days of golf directly across the street from this condo I would give it a ten.

Have stayed at Ko Olina Beach Villas in the past and have enjoyed it every time. Staff is always friendly and the grounds are stunning. Do wish the snorkel equipment would be updated as the smaller size fins were broken and there was only one set but they did have 2 sets for larger feet. I know this isn't a requirement for the condo owner but in the past they have supplied this equipment. I did notify them about this issue right away and expected to have some waiting on us the next day but never did happen nor did we hear from our concierge about it. Otherwise this place ROCKS!!!

We loved our stay in unit 209. Incredible views from every room and easiest access to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable and closets had plenty of beach stuff. Entire unit was spotlessly clean. Check-in and out were easy. Management handled an issue we had with the air conditioning quickly. This place is amazing!

Beautiful View and clean villa. Loved the location, our 3rd visit to the Beach Villas. New washer and dryer and all the kitchen and beach needs were provided. Furniture was a bit worn inside and out. Management team were wonderful to work with for booking and check in. No issues during our stay but we had contacts to reach if needed. Grounds were well taken care of and enjoyed the nightly entertainer at the bar from our lanai. Walked to Aulani for spa services and Four Seasons for dinners. Second floor allowed for hearing the waves from lanai. Enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon. Thank you

We have stayed here 2 years in a row, this is our new favorite place to vacation. We love the Ocean front room and being able to look out at the beautiful surroundings. Love that there are so many things to do on the island just a short drive in a few directions ... The lagoons are amazing and family friendly..

We’ve stayed in 4 different condos here and this one has been our favorite. You can’t beat the view and the soft music coming from the bar (until about 7:30pm. Comfortable beds and couches, nice desk and big table. Very clean and well stocked. The beach chairs and boogie boards were wonderful, very handy. Even though it’s about a 45-60 min drive to most activities, the serenity this place offers makes it worth it. The only thing I’d change would be having some sort of cafe option on the property, but that doesn’t affect my love for the place.

Great trip to Ko Olina. Beach Tower 209 unit was very good - clean, well stocked (eg good kitchen stuff) including beach towels and body boards, beach chairs etc. Check in was very good with a team member who helped with luggage and showed the unit and all the bells and whistles. Parking underground easy. The place is big with 2 bedrooms and 2 washrooms and washer dryer. Great for families. Awesome huge patio with fantastic sunset views. There is a stair case right by the front door of the unit and you can whip down quickly to the pools and the bar. You can sit on the deck in the evening and listen to the live music (pros and cons but its only ~ an hour). The whole area is dead quite after 10pm - its family oriented, not a party place.

The lagoon right out from is awesome for families - not rocky, not too deep and mellow waves. There are identical lagoons left and right for Sheraton and Disney but people don't cross pollinate. You can head over to the Sheraton if you want to have dinner there but we never did. We went to Costco which is 10 minutes away and stocked up and then proceeded to eat out constantly but you could cook a fancy meal with no issues.

Nice area with a golf course and small mall (restaurant, groceries, starbucks) very close by. I'd stay here again instead of the Sheraton (or Disney/Four Seasons etc)

Ko Olina is an incredibly beautiful area that is immaculately maintained. It is the perfect spot to kick back and relax. Beach Tower Villa 209 overlooks the tranquil lagoon and you can watch the waves crash against the breakwater. The villa itself is beautiful and equipped with truly high end appliances and furnishings. There is everything you could want including beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and a large deck storage unit crammed with beach toys and other odds and ends possibly donated from previous guests. The beach bar on the property is steps away and has nightly live music and amazing Mai Tai's! Don't worry because it closes early so as not to disturb your sleep. The management at Ko Olina and the Oceanfront Vacation Villa staff are both amazing and couldn't have been more helpful or easier to deal with. Thanks again Kimberley!!!
