I’d come back here in a heartbeat. We traveled with infant twins and a 3 year old and knew we needed a place that had quick access to a beach and pool that could also house all of us comfortably. This place was it. We were also able to easily eat at Turtle Bay restaurants and explore the northern part of Hawaii that not merely Haleiwa.

When we got there, a pack n play was missing; they were able to accommodate immediately as well. Great communication before and during my stay.

AMAZING!

The Villas at Turtle Bay lived up to the advanced billing. The villa was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Management was easy to reach and attentive. We loved the resort bar overlooking the ocean and eating at Alaia and the Beach House. Surf lessons, birding, sunset horse ride, and massage at the resort were superb. Tons of other on-site options. Visits to Pearl Harbor, submarine museum, Waikiki Beach, Dole Pineapple Plantation, Waimea gardens, and Haleiwa were special. All of our experiences both on- and off-site were positive.

Clean and quiet, perfect location. The property manager sent excellent, detailed information that made it easy to access and use the condo. Lots of kitchen supplies. While the sofa bed didn’t pull out, an air mattress was supplied. We would stay again.

Second time in a penthouse level villa. First time about 4 years ago. Had an enjoyable time. The whole vibe at the villas is total relaxation. You can forget about the hustle and bustle of town and the hassle of driving an hour to get there! We enjoy the location and the villas are clean, well furnished, and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the large grass area to play football when they weren't swimming in the lagoon or the pool! Overall a very good value for a family weekend staycation at an ocean side resort,

We so enjoyed staying at the condo at turtle bay. The property was in excellent condition, and the location provides excellent beach access, a pool and spa, trails, tennis, pickle ball etc. Thank you!

Overall, we had an amazing stay. Everything was provided in the unit and it was so comfortable close to the hotel we took advantage of the amenities. Weather was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better time. Cheri, the security lady helped us unload our car and get into our unit safely. She was a big help throughout the stay.

Everything and every detail was amazing! It was so cozy and comfortable. The beach amenities provided were beyond great. The pool and hot tub after a day at the beach or exploring were so relaxing. You can’t beat the location! I’ve stayed here a few times and I hope to stay again soon!!

Villa 309 was perfect. It was unbelievably clean (even the inside of the fridge!) and was very roomy. The beds were all really comfy, and we loved that beach towels were provided as well as snorkeling gear (including fins!) and beach chairs. The beach is just steps away, and the pool with its comfy cabana-style chaise lounges was wonderful.
There are so many places nearby for food (within ten minutes' drive), and we can say that the plate lunches at Ted's Bakery are yummy and you may as well get pastries while you're there!
If you don't want to get in a car, the restaurants and the sunset bar at the adjacent hotel are really good. We loved sitting in the outdoor bar and watching the sun go down - it made for some great pictures!
I honestly cannot think of anything negative about this villa. My friends and I all agreed that we'd definitely go back again.

We had a wonderful vacation! We loved how close the villa was to the beach and the property was beautiful. The villa was roomy and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. We especially loved having all the beach items to use that are in the locker on the bottom floor!

Our only complaint was not being able to use the main hotel's amenities. Mainly the gym and their pool at the Turtle Bay hotel.

I've always wanted to go to Hawaii and never made it there for one reason or another. This year I treated my children and myself to a well-deserved trip and the vacation was exactly what I had built it up in my mind to be. The hotel was wonderful and the beaches immaculate. I'll definitely be a return guest...thank you!!

Beautiful Spot. Wish I had that view every day!

The Villa was outstanding. The location was nice, turtle bay is an hour from the busy city and located on the North Shore. Check-in was simple because Gina communicated very well and gave us a rundown on the area via email. The rooms were modern, comfortable, clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool was nice and another 50 yards you're on the beach. Turtle Bay Golf Course is also a short walk which we enjoyed playing. Food was good at the resort however, the food trucks that are five miles up the road are amazing.

Property was gorgeous, clean and larger than we expected. Views were also even better than photos advertise. We loved our stay!

We did have our air-conditioning go out one night after 10pm. Open windows and ceiling fans were a decent solution for that night and Management was ON IT. They were super responsive and it was fixed quickly the next AM. And we are happy to hear we'll receive a small "air conditioning refund." Our experience was A+.

Our villa was a wonderful escape to the North Shore after staying in busy Waikiki for a few days. Even though we arrived a bit early, they were able to store our luggage while they finished up cleaning. Check in was delayed due to this and they were paving our assigned parking spot without notice so it was a bit hectic to start. The villa was very clean, spacious, pictures as described. A great location in the resort with beautiful views. The resort itself, although visually stunning at night from the restaurant, is ridiculously over priced for food and drink. A mai tai is $25!!! They 100% do kick you out of the pool area but the Villa pool was a nice spot. For a family or a large group, this is a great way to go. Be advised that the beaches at the resort are not like Waikiki in terms of swimming/good for kids. You can snorkel at the resort but the waves and undertow are rough and the sand is rocky. For us with children that hoped for safer waves (10 and 12), it was an issue but still amazing all around!

First, the villa was better than advertised. It is huge and is within a minute walk from the main resort. It also has its own private swimming pool with access to the beach. The villa was clean and comes with a plethora of amenities, to include beach gear. Working with the management company was a breeze and the instructions provided were detailed and easy to follow. The one downside is that in order to use the resort pool, you need to actually be staying at the resort rooms or bungalows -- apparently the villas are not technically part of the resort, since they have private owners. Hopefully there is a way to figure out how to resolve that issue, as that would be the cherry on top. Overall, I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting the North Shore.

I took my wife and 3 children (ages 2, 4, 11) for a week. I was very pleased with every aspect of the property. The proximity to the pool and ocean were extremely helpful. And the rooms were large and easily accommodated our family of 5.

Our condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay whether we were at the condo, the pool, or the beach. The views were great, and we loved the beach locker with chairs, snorkeling gear, toys, etc. It had everything you would need to enjoy a day on the beach! The resort is also a short walk away and has several good restaurant options.

This was an amazing vacation villa on the turtle bay property. My wife and I have a 19 month old toddler and needed a beach getaway. We hadn't had one since Nov 2019. Our toddler still takes naps and so this villa was convenient and amazing. The villa is well appointed and has a full kitchen and full fridge. It has a pack and play along with a high chair which makes travel convenient (bring your own pack n play sheets as those aren't provided). The villa is literally steps away from a nice pool and the ocean. It is convenient to go back and forth during the day as you have a 3 minute walk down to the beach. The storage locker provides great activities including shovels and bucket for children. If you have a toddler or young child I highly recommend this because of the convenience factor. While our child was napping we'd sit on the lanai and enjoy the ocean view. Would love to go back!

The villa is clean and well appointed. Its location couldn't be better, with gorgeous views of the ocean, proximity to the pool, and access to the resort facilities. We had a few tiny glitches but Gina was quick to resolve them. I highly recommend this spot.

We are a local family that stayed at this property before. We love it with its close proximity to all the amenities and hotel property. We will definitely come back again.

From start to finish, our hosts were incredibly prepared and attentive. This was our first time traveling with our toddler, 2 teenage boys and my retired parents. The accommodations were not only beautiful but took into consideration our WHOLE family. We could not have asked for a more welcoming home. I would say that this was a "once in a lifetime experience" but we will be back and book with this wonderful family!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful location and property at Turtle Bay Villas. The unit was big enough to accommodate all 7 of us! It was clean and have everything we need including beach equipment. Owner/manager replied quickly to any questions or concerns we have. Not too many restaurants nearby though and a bit pricey.

We had a lovely stay in Hawaii! Our granddaughter got to experience all the things on her wish list and more. Swimming with the sharks, helicopter ride, bike riding and surfing.

Came on a vacation with my two teenage kids. The villa was perfect. Clean and comfortable and spacious. The beach locker with chairs and snorkels was great and saved us time and money. The balcony was a perfect place to sit and watch the ocean and palm trees. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is our second time staying at the ocean villas and our first renting through an owner versus the hotel. We would definitely do it again. We love having the space, a kitchen with stocked cooking tools, beach gear and a patio overlooking the ocean. We were able to avoid crowds and really get some R&R.

What a great spot! Great communication and very thorough. Everything was spotless and seem less. And so nice to be right next to the pool and a short stroll to the beach.

Price is worth every penny. If you want secluded and far from everything, this is the perfect place to stay at. Away from the city and the busy streets of Honolulu and Waikiki. The location, the villa was amazing. More than what we imagined. Great view of the beach and it is only a few steps away.

The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and had extra little things like beach chairs, beach toys for the children. We only had one small issue and the owners fixed it immediately. They were great to work with.

Our family had a great time visiting Hawaii and staying in this condo. It was clean with modern amenities. The information about the condo and the area provided by the owners was very detailed and enhanced our experiences in Hawaii.

The home was VERY clean and fresh smelling! large TV's and instructions for everything in the home (which was very helpful) they thought of everything for a family! the unit is in a great location with beautiful views. We had a very relaxing time! Gina and Kimberly were great with communication. They left easy instructions for entry, parking and departure. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here, We will definitely be back!

Same thing happened the next day, so they provided a key to use, but this meant we had to arrive and leave as a group. The upper dishwasher had water in it due to an issue with the drain hose during our stay. Liked the condo, management did try to resolve the maintenance issues, but these issues had a negative impact on our enjoyment of the condo and the area. Management did provide a small refund to mitigate the annoyance from the issues. Nice place and I expect most renters do not face interruptions in their stay due to maintenance issues.

The location and setting is outstanding ,it was a perfect contrast to the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. The accommodation was excellent with great kitchen facilities. Our three children loved all the activities, surfing, snorkeling, relaxing by the pool and the lovely walks. Thank you so much for making this lovely property available, we’ll be back!

Nice, clean, well appointed villa with ocean views. Nights were very peaceful and quiet. Owner provided a lot of good information and recommendations regarding activities, dining, shopping, etc. We loved the walking/hiking trails along the ocean. Played Turtle Bay Palmer golf course which was a beautiful, challenging course. They offer a substantial discount on green fees for villa guests. Had a fantastic time snorkeling Sharks Cove, swimming and cliff jumping at Waimea Bay. Lei Lei's at the golf course pro shop was a favorite place to dine. The A/C was sufficient but does not go below 74 degrees which was a little warm at night, and there were no ceiling fans. Some standing fans would have helped tremendously. Overall, a great place and we would stay there again.

Villa 309 was in a great location with stunning views across the ocean. Well maintained property with all the amenities you need to relax. Within easy reach of the hotel and restaurants.
