3-Bed Villa 203 at Turtle Bay

We loved everything about the North Shore and villa 203. The beds were comfortable, and all the amenities were first class. The view from 203 is awesome. We left the windows open at night and slept with sound of the ocean waves outside the villa.

Turtle Bay Villa's have an amazing location and access to a premier resort. They were very quiet with the most beautiful view of the ocean. The villa had great amenities such as beach equipment and TV's/audio. The bedrooms were well spaced to offer privacy for different guests. Parking was very convenient. When I had questions, the property manager was very quick to respond, and very accessible. This was the perfect spot for a family vacation.

This property was great for everyone. The ocean view was breath-taking. Very relaxing. I felt I was home during my stay of a week.

This place is perfect. Great for families and groups of friends. The space was clean, had all the necessary amenities. We loved the private pool as we could not use the Turtle Bay pool. That is another great plus. You can use basically all the amenities at TB except the fitness center and pool. Absolutely loved the space. Counting down until we can come back!

We were looking for a quiet place to spend a week on the North Shore of Oahu. We have always drive thru Turtle Bay but never stopped. This villa was amazing. Had everything we needed and direct access to a great quiet beach. The Villa was stocked with all kitchen appliances and even had a locker with beach chairs, coolers, snorkel equipment, and towels. My family loved it and I'm sure we will be back again to enjoy! Thanks!

What a relaxing and beautiful experience. I could sit on the Lanai looking out at the beach and ocean for the rest of my life.

Absolutely fantastic!

We rented three condos for a family trip. Everything we could ask for was provided and if it was missing (minor ask for dishtowels), it was sent immediately. We cooked in a few times and found nothing lacking in terms of equipment, including a blender for Pina cicadas.
The setting is second to ine I've ever experienced. The condos are on the ocean with a stunning view. The sunsets from the Sunset Bar at Turtle bay were amazing.
The restaurants offer anything you want and all have options for the keiki (kids). We went to the food trucks a few times located within minutes in either direction out of the resort. The resort staff can not be more helpful or attentive. They're not kidding when they say Hawaiians are the happiest people!
The pools are great for the kids and with the ocean right outside your door, there are always options. The snorkeling was great right out our door. We saw turtles, fish and even a sea snake.
The condos themselves wre new, clean and set up nicely, especially for a group.
Access to the condos was via keypad so, no losing/sharing keys.

Well maintained property

Look at that picture That is the view you see every day. It is absolutely breathtaking. The rest of the property was as described. We provided food and drink, and our stay was remarkable Highly recommend.

Condo is spacious and well appointed with fabulous views. Location is just behind Turtle Bay Resort private beach, where we rented shaded lounge chairs under beach umbrellas each day. Private pool also has (free) lounge chairs with ocean views. We loved eating and drinking on the deck overlooking the sea.

Villa was updated, well-kept and had everything our family of 6 needed. Location and view was fantastic.

Rented both Villas with son and his family prior to reunion in Waikiki. Perfect location, villas had everything we needed. Quick trip to grocery store. The only negatives were the 10 digit code to the pool, beach and parking every time. Seemed a little over kill but I suppose we were safe.
The villas were surface clean but for some stains on cushions.

This was one of best family vacations! We loved the location near the beach, golfing and dining restaurants nearby. The rental had everything that we needed, it was very clean, and the staff was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying here again with our family again in the future.

This is such an amazing place to stay. A great view of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom. The beds are so comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen. The resort is amazing!! We spent a couple days just at the resort. You can use the big pool at the resort, (I think this should be changed) but they do have a smaller pool. It has a connecting unit that can be rented also for larger groups

We had a terrific stay in Villa 203 at the Turle Bay Resort. The villa is beautiful, well stocked, clean and has gorgeous views. Gina and team were fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and neat. We had wonderful directions and information regarding the area from Gina. The beds were the most comfortable I have slept on.

It was clean, relaxing, and the staff was great with my question. I stayed with my elderly parents and kids and this was perfect so my parents could watch the kids play at the beach from the balcony and some days they actually joined

The pools was delightful and warm which my 2 year old prefered over the beach

I saw previously reviews about the AC flooding. We had no issues. I think that person didnt follow the rules of keeping ac above 75 and closing all windows. I was worried 75 was no cool enough but i was wrong it was comfortable infact sometimes too cold and i had to bring the temp up.

You get one parking but free parking nearby was easy

After you book they give you list of what they provide (like dish soap, etc, so helpful) i also love how they have a beach locker with stuff to borrow (body board, beach chairs, towels)

We had also book a photographer off facebook and it was perfect to take family pictures at the beach. I would recommend taking family pictures if you can.

Can’t beat the location

As soon as we arrived, room was ready and oh was it gorgeous. The size of the unit was more than we expected which is always a good thing. Our stay was home away from home. We felt safe. Everyone followed mask rules and kept their distance. Great place to get away and feel secluded especially with the hotel under renovation.

We had a great time at the unit. The management/ownership was super accommodating to our date change and the unit is is excellent condition. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Great location—quick walk to beach, pool, hotel and Roys. Clean and nicely appointed. Would definitely book again, great spot for our three generation vacation.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vacation Villas at Turtle Bay! The condo was spacious, clean, well-laid out with amazing views. It was equipped with all amenities and staff was great.

Absolute Paradise! Lovely 3 bedroom villa. Stunning ocean views.

Best place to stay on Oahu. Close to everything, except the hustle and bustle of town. You really don’t have to leave the grounds. Cook in your fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the restaurants. Stocked shed has everything you need for the beach. Move in ready!!!

Unit was beautiful, spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Location is perfect, ocean view, close to pool and restaurant. Host provided clear information of unit and surrounding places to visit. Great experience!
