3-Bed Villa 109 at Turtle Bay

The villa was beautiful, clean and most important, the location described the real "Hawaii". We couldn't be more happy about choosing this rental. The villa was everything it stated in the description and everything you see in the pictures were exacty that. We had a pool/hot tub, a beautiful beach, and all the necessities you need for a great beach experience. The umbrellas, cooler, beach chairs, snorkeling gear came in handy! It was great being away from Honolulu/Wikiki and all the tourist. Such a calm and quiet getaway....exactly what we were looking for.

We all enjoyed our stay at 109 villa. This is our 6th time and the property looks great. We relaxed and enjoyed the pool and the beach. Its fun to see the same security people and staff. Say hello as old friends. Mahalo for a wonderful staycation and birthday celebration with family

Very nice place. Professional ran. Very clean. Love the ground floor, no steps. Storage locker with chairs, ice chest, snorkel set ups, bogie boards, umbrella is a nice touch, helps in a big way.

We were a party of 4 adults and 1 ten year old child. The 3 Brm unit on the ground floor was perfect as 2 of the adults were elderly and would have trouble with stairs. The unit was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Even though we were right across from the pool, it was very quiet during the day and at night. The restaurants (expensive) at the Turtle Bay resort were a short walk if you didn't want to cook and there were less expensive options if you were willing to drive. The only negative is that the Villas are at least an hours drive from Pearl Harbor and more during rush hour. If the majority of your activities are going to be in Honolulu or it's surroundings, I'd look for a place to stay much closer to the downtown area.

First off, how can you beat turtle bay? Steps to the beach, pool at the doorstep, plenty of sleeping space for my family of 6. Having access to the snorkeling gear and boogie boards was so nice and all of kitchen tools were well stocked. It felt like being in my own home. I will book again for sure.

Beautiful stay at Ocean Villas. The property exceeded our expectations! We had one small issue and they resolved it that same day. We will definitely be back!

We brought our whole family including our two grandsons. The pool and spa were great and access to the beach is separate (gated) but extremely close. We used the hotel spa and golf course as well as the restaurants and retail store. It was perfect for a multigenerational family vacation.

The property management was wonderful working with them! The unit was clean, ground level for easy access to pool/beach, comfortable beds, and just perfect in every aspect! It was great to celebrate birthday with family!

We had an excellent stay in condos 105, 106 and 109 with our family of 16! Condos are well equipped and comfortable. The pool and beach are just steps away and we enjoyed the trails and shops at the resort. Just loved it in Turtle Bay and these condos made it a perfect trip!

My wife and I took 16 of our children, their spouses, and grandchildren to Hawaii for a week. This was our celebration of our 40th Anniversary. We honeymooned in Hawaii and always wanted to go back. To be able to take our family was tremendously special. Ocean Front Vacation Villas (Turtle Bay) made the whole experience one we will never for get. We looked at the high rises on Waikiki, but we really wanted a quieter, more family oriented experience. We got that at the Villas. Our living spaces were so close to each other. The pool and beach were just yards away. It was quiet, yet there were so many things to do that were so close at hand. We can't wait until we can return for another visit.

The property and host were wonderful. Location is excellent with a calm vibe for adults and very family friendly for the kiddos. The beach and shore was large and very close. Turtle Bay Resort is gorgeous and the restaurants served excellent food. We hope to return to this specific villa again .

The villa had everything we could possibly need. Everything was very clean & in great condition. The beds were all very comfortable. We made great use of the beach chairs, umbrellas & snorkelling gear. Great Villa & great hosts! I would definitely return & I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay. The location was fantastic. Very picturesque. And outside of the bay where the condo, the hotel, and the golf course are, the surrounding location felt very low-key and "homely" all while being exceptionally beautiful. Very relaxing and great for low-key R&R with the family. The one point I would make that is maybe somewhat unclear from the website(s) is the distinction between the condos and the adjacent hotel. They seem somewhat connected, sharing "turtle bay" in the names but in reality, they are independent of one another. We walked over to the hotel a few times and some of their offerings are open to all (stores and coffee shop, etc) but their "amenities" including the beach chairs and towels and shade canopies are reserved for the hotel guests only (although it seemed like they could be rented to outsiders). This at times made the beach feel more like the hotel's beach even though it sits more directly in front of the condos. Ultimately, it is a beach open to the public so it is shared by both entities but the hotel staff can give the feeling/impression that the beach belongs to the hotel. Also, the condo's private pool is great! 10/10 would recommend! And the fully enclosed/gated property is great if you've got little ones running around and appreciate the assist in "containing" your energetic little tikes.

Phenomenal location; right on the beach and on the same property as the resort. Very clean and spacious. Easy to follow directions on what is expected during stay and before leaving. We all felt very safe the whole time. Parking was a breeze, especially since we had a reserved parking space. We didn’t have time to use the beach supplies in the storage, but we definitely would have if time allowed. There were 6 of us staying and at the end of our stay, we unanimously agreed that we wish we could stay longer and will most definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you for making our stay at Turtle Bay an amazing experience!

Perfect for our family! We enjoyed our stay!

Listing was exactly as expected, spacious 3-bedrooms/2-bathrooms, full kitchen, living area, outdoor area and ground floor access to the pool and beach. Hot tub was nice, enjoyed all the walking trails every morning and swam every day in the ocean and pool. Nice visits to Haleiwa and Kahuku/Laie.

The booking and checkout were seamless and low stress. The villas were amazing and all guests in our group were in awe. We had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable and really take in the resort and area. We had ages 2.5 to 66 and all had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay in #109- it was very comfortable and quiet and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the dining options at Turtle Bay Resort. Minor issues we had were dealt with immediately (E.g., a previous occupant had changed the Wifi code and it needed to be reset). This is our third visit to Turtle Bay and this is the first time we have stayed in a Villa (in large part due to Covid as it gave us more social distance from others) but we would definitely choose this option again over the hotel even though the hotel rooms provide a direct view of the ocean which #109 does not. The snorkelling is terrific and there is great nearby hiking (E.g. Ka’ena Point) , super beaches (our fav being Hukilau in La’ie) and fun dining in town (our “go to” places were Stonefish and Halieva Joes). Don’t miss the walk to the Pillbox and beyond on Turtle Bay Resort .. we saw mongooses and a turtle and when carrying beach gear parked by the stable which shortens your walk considerably. Overall, a super stay.. and we would highly recommend #109 and especially Gina who is a superb property manager!

From the ease of scheduling to walking through the door of the villa, the stay was absolutely perfect!

My husband and I visited Oceanfront Villas with our 3 kids (13,11,8) and couldn’t of been happier with our accommodations. The beds were cozy, bathrooms generous, kitchen well-stocked and beach locker full of everything and anything we needed. The pool was clean and a good temp, the beach was right there and the hotel next door was a great place for lunch & dinner. We can’t wait to return!
