We were a family of 6 adults (3 couples: parents and kids with partners) and the condo was very spacious and well equipped. It was clean and the property was beautiful. We also had lots of beach equipment available. We were in a ground level suite across from the pool and steps away from the cove beach. Communication and checkin was very convenient. There is a restaurant right on the beach but we did not try it as it was quite expensive and we opted to cook our meals. Grocery stores were relatively close. I would highly recommend this for a large group.

This villa was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler! We had a wonderful week at Turtle Bay Resort! The kitchen and bathrooms were were fully stocked and there were plenty of toys available in the storage locker.

Our oceanfront vacation villa was absolutely amazing. We had the perfect location...everything was close by, the pool, the beach, and some places to eat. Our property management company was wonderful and easy to work with. If you're going to vacation here, do it right. Thank you for a very relaxing a well-deserved vacation.

We had the best time with my family at this home. It’s so close to the beach. The house itself is spacious and it has everything you would ever need.

We loved our vacation and our villa. Location was perfect, right next to the pool and beach access, the villa was clean and fully stocked. We especially appreciated the kids amenities: pack'n'play, high chair, snorkel gear, flippers, sand toys, extra blankets, air mattress, games and books! We will 100% book this rental in the future!

The property exceeded my expectations by 200%. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and overall just a wonderful experience.

Perfect for s 3 year old that could run out to the patio and the grass. The pool and beach access are steps away. We would just recommend that ALL condos use scent free laundry detergent and NO scented dryer sheets. Who needs the extra chemicals. Hawaii is full of wonderful nature scents!

Communication from property management was prompt and clear. The unit was spotlessly clean and steps from the pool but not noisy. The kitchen has newer cookware and a good assortment of utensils but lacked serving bowls (other than pyrex), did not have a rice cooker and had absolutely nothing in the way of oil, vinegar, or even plastic wrap or foil. Perhaps these items were removed as part of the early COVID protocol.

Amazing villa with direct access to beach and pool. Would highly recommend this rental to everyone. The only issues we had was with the appliances. Only one burner on the stove top worked well, the dishwasher was off line because it was missing wheels and the washer kept displaying codes randomly and not work.

This unit was perfect for our family of 5, which included a two year old and four year old. We loved the proximity to the pool and to the beach. Just perfect. If I was traveling alone, I would have preferred an ocean view with balcony, but with kids, this was perfect!

Villa 115 at Turtle Bay was the perfect place for our family vacation! The villa was steps away from the pool and beach making it so convenient for us and our 5 year old granddaughter ! It was clean, had a great kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals, and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkels for our family. I would highly recommend this villa!

This was a great location at a beautiful resort. Pool right outside the door and beach very close walking distance. The management company was fantastic about responding to any issues or questions. The hotel right next to the villas had a great restaurant overlooking the beautiful ocean which we enjoyed a few times. We would rent this place again.

Amazing villa and location! Super convenient with our two grandsons to pool and beach. Loved that we had all the amenities, even surfing, without getting into the car once. Will definitely be coming back

The villa was absolutely what is advertised. Clean and plenty of room for 8 adults. Absolutely the best we could of expected. We had a great time being so close to the beach and the pool.

My family enjoyed this Villa in Turtle Bay. It is next to the pool and a couple of hundred feet from the beach. The villa was nice and clean, with everything we needed to be comfortable during our week long stay.

Everything worked out great! The villa had everything you need. Fully supplied and functional kitchen. The beds (atleast the master where I slept) was very comfortable. Very spacious and good layout. The beach locker was a nice add on and allowed us to pack lighter. The grills on site work pretty good, but they could use a couple more with how may people wanted to use them for dinner. Mgmt was very responsive throughout booking and the stay. All good, have already recommended to friends.

The Villa was beautiful and perfect for our family. It was clean and elegant. It was located in an awesome area that had many things to do for everyone. The beach was steps away. We hiked and explored the area. Enjoyed every day.

My family stayed here for eight nights and had the best time! We were beyond impressed with the Villa itself and the location to the pool and beach. It was perfect! We had ample room for all of our kids to sleep and play around. Having a washer and dryer in the filler was very convenient. The villa was very safe, and the grounds were also very quiet. Everyone was really friendly around Turtle Bay. We will be back! Mahalo!

There were 3 couples, in their late 40’s early 50’s who stayed at this ideal location. Plenty of room and very clean. The access to beach chairs and umbrellas were very helpful. Close to the beach and resort amenities. Due to an error on our part, we had to contact the owner who was very nice and helpful even though they were on vacation themselves. We would definitely stay there again.

Just a very nice, wonderfully located ground floor condo at the resort. Everything you need in the place including an incredible array of toys and equipment for having fun in the water. If you have stayed in any of these condos before on the property this one is very similar in layout and tastefully decorated. Best part is being able to open the door and walk right out onto the grass and the beach, our group of all ages loved it and will be back again as soon as possible!

This property was perfect for our family of seven as it had tons of space for the kids and grandparents to stretch out. The unit is literally 10 steps away from the pool (where we spent our evenings) and about 30 steps from the gorgeous beach. Having a walkout unit was convenient as we can come/go between the pool/beach as we pleased. We had a packed schedule for the North Shore but ended up spending more time at the resort as it was just perfect. Vince and his team was super responsive and the unit came fully-stocked with everything you need. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to spend some time in North Shore.

We had eight people staying here for a nearby wedding. Great place to stay; comfortable beds, reliable and powerful A/C. Lots of room and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Lots of towels and an efficient Washer/Dryer that we used a lot. Easy 2 min walk to the pool and beach.

Note, there are lots of codes to remember on this resort (parking, home, pool, beach gate)! Read and print the instructions!

We loved our stay at Villa 115. It was conveniently located to the pool and the ocean. Just steps away from viewing the sunrise over the beach/ocean. Many amenities included and appreciated. Managers were very easy to work with and very responsive.
