Villa 105 at Turtle Bay

My husband and I wanted to stay on the North shore this time. We did not want to stay in a hustle and bustle hotel. This villa was perfect.

great place, great time, would go back again

Villa 105 is exactly as described. The view from the Lanai is amazing, and we loved that we had a grassy area on the way to the sand. The bay itself is beautiful - wonderful swimming and snorkeling. We were amazed at all of the amenities available - boogie boards, snorkels, fins, towels, chairs - everything we needed and more. The surrounding area provides plenty of hiking, horseback riding and golf. We also loved being able to use the Turtle Bay Resort hotel's gym (for a fee). It's a quick and beautiful drive to Haleʻiwa, Sharks Cove and Waimea Falls. Also, loved the detailed instructions on how to get there!

Clean villa with everything we needed. Walk right out to the beach. Beautiful property.

njoyed our stay at 105/106 Villa. Everything from registration to checkout went well. Units were very comfortable and well equipped. Experienced some trouble with our dryer and washer. Called maintenance and repairman was able to fix it that day. Left some notes about the units and what was not working or needed checking on before another party came in. Hope the notes got to maintenance.

Rented two units. Liked the adjoining units. Would have liked to be able to rent just one of the units for one less night since most of our party left on Monday but had to rent 2 units till Tuesday even if it was only my husband and I sleeping in the smaller unit for one night.

We have been returning to rent at the villa for several years. Hoping to rent again soon.

Stayed for 3 nights, 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The views from Villa 105 porch are much better than the pics and the proximity to the beach and resort amenities could not be beat. This is a super villa, we will stay here again. Helpful responsiveness from the prop manager too.

This was our second visit to the Villas at Oceanfront. This time we brought the whole family and rented two adjoining villas (105 and 106), a studio for my husband annd I and a three bedroom villa for our three young adult kids. We were afraid they wouldn’t find enough to do at Turtle Bay, but I think they had a lovely time, and I know my husband and I did. The kids snorkeled, swam, went mountain bike riding, made new friends at the pool, etc. My daughter and I went to the spa at the resort hotel. We ate at most of the restaurants at the resort, our favorite being the Beach Club by Roy Yamaguchi.

The villas were clean, beautiful, right at the beach and pool, and had every possible amenity. We had a little problem with having enough hot water in the larger unit, but they sent someone out right away to address the problem. Every bedroom had its own tv, plus a large tv in the common area, so everyone was happy with entertainment.

We would definitely return for a third visit!

We had an amazing time at the Oceanfront Villas at Turtle Bay! We had 16 people aged 1 1/2 to 70...we had units 105, 106, and 109. Loved being ground floor...no noise from above. Units are well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great pool and wonderful beach! There was a constant wind, but it did not cause problems and kept us cooler. We absolutely loved being there!

This villa was perfect for our family of four. My wife and I took the bed and our college age daughters took the sofa bed, both very comfortable. Great location being in close proximity to the beach, pool, and BBQ, all of which we used frequently by walking out the patio door. Having direct access to the grounds gave the villa a spacious feel.

When making the decision to book the unit, we had concerns about being on the lower level, fearing noise and heavy resort pedestrian traffic along the sidewalk just feet from the room. Upon arrival we saw that the whole villa area was entry controlled so only residents have access, providing a safe and peaceful environment.

The villa came as advertised with no surprises, and everything as expected. We used the galley kitchen (which had everything needed) to prepare the many meals that we enjoyed on the patio while having a world class view. Well protected from the occasional rain shower, we were able to pretty much live outside on the patio when we were "home".

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay again without reservation.

Villa 105 is gorgeous. The unit itself is just beautiful. Furniture pretty and comfortable! Fabulous, fully stocked kitchen. Opens up to a beautiful grassy area AND has ocean views. Close proximity to the hotel and delicious Roy's Restaurant. I would give it 100 stars if I could!

The setting was lovely, the arrival was seamless and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time in villa 105. Comfortable unit with every thing you need, except a dishwasher. I wasn’t expecting to wash dishes on holiday, but got used to it. Access to good restaurants, pool, beautiful beach and walking trails.

Perfect

I was in Studio Villa 105 for about a week in June 2022. The place was great. It was a sweet set up and I was pleased with how clean and comfortable the villa was. The outdoor patio was perfectly situated and close to both the beach and to a pool. We used the outdoor grill one night for our steak dinner. The parking space for the unit was very close to the unit, which was convenient. The only disappointment was that the washing machine was out of order during my entire stay. We did call the customer service and they let us know that a part was on order. Fortunately, I had family in the neighboring villa and I was able to use their washing machine during my stay.

Overall, it was wonderful. The location was great for kids. Close to pool, bbq and beach access. Sofa bed very comfortable. Quality of furniture was ok. Washer was not working on arrival. Disappointed we couldn't use it. We had to use our other units washer(106).

The property at the Villas was incredible! Everything from the nice rooms to the landscaping to the pool. It was worth every penny. The beach locker was a hit with our kids, they loved having things to play with at the beach. Turtle Bay is our favorite spot in all of Hawaii. I would definitely love to stay here again if the prices don't increase too much. Will recommend to anyone!

Perfect place to bring our family for renewing our 40 years of marriage. We still feel as we are on our honeymoon and this place is where we wanted to celebrate!!

This was our first trip to Hawaii for our 15 year anniversary. Villa 105 surpassed every expectation I could’ve had. Clean and perfectly located. Loved the beach locker as well! Hoping the villa rentals remain affordable as the resort drastically increases their prices!

The villa was awesome, clean and modern, really very comfortable but the best part was the view, my lanai faced the ocean. 40 yards to the beach and 30 more to the ocean.

This is the place that you want if desire a great outdoor setting and a beautiful beach right outside your door!

Excellent. The facilities were great and the location was excellent, just as described. We would relax on the patio and walk to the beach that is only forty yards away. The golf course clubhouse is only about a three minute drive. Security was always walking the grounds and the grounds were well kept. The property management company was very accommodating with the pandemic issues. The only issue (this was our fault) was that we bought too much food that needed to be refridgerated and the refridgerator is only half size.

This place is awesome. Great location for the beach, snorkeling, hot tub, golf and a whole lot more. This is one of the best locations on the whole island.

The views are amazing. Everything is located within walking distance. The host had all the amenities available.
We would definitely recommend with five stars.

Finding an upscale beach front accommodation on the north shore was near impossible, happy we landed at the turtle bay villas. Our mornings were spent on the lanai watching the winter swells roll in, nice cove beach, and gated community property with several amenities, though COVID had restrictions on most. We would visit again, after the hotel construction is completed.

My girlfriend and I stayed in villa 105 for two nights while visiting the North Shore. We can't say enough about the unit itself, the location and of course the North Shore. The unit was beautiful, well kept and located right on the beach. It had everything we needed and more. It was hard to leave! It is conveniently located on the beach (if you don't want to leave the resort) but also within a few minute drive to the other amazing beaches of North Shore. We will absolutely be back!

The unit was perfect. The small kitchen was the right size. Bed was comfortable, and right next to the beach. Owner was very nice and super helpfull

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property was all I expected from the photos and description with the exception of natural light, which was lacking whatever the time of day.

Everything about this propoerty lived up to expectations. Just steps away from both the pool and the beach, with the main resort next store, you are able to get the best of both worlds. If you want quiet solitude, hang out by the Villas pool. If you want some music and a bit of a crowd at the bar watching the sunset, head over to the resort.
Property came with a whole locker of toys (boy kids young and old alike ) including snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach chairs.
Hope to return to this local as soon as possible.
Loved the North Shore localtion as well. More of what real Hawaii is about.

Our family of 12 adults and 2 toddlers enjoyed an amazing vacation on the North Shore, using three of the Ocean Villas as our comfortable, user-friendly, beautifully located home base. This was a high stakes holiday for us, in that we were treating our large family to what we hoped would be a dream vacation - and it met every expectation and more. The very private pool area was one of favourite gathering spots. The beach just steps from the villas was fantastic for reading (using the provided chairs and umbrellas), swimming (quiet protective cove) and snorkeling (colourful reef fish and even a few turtles). The adjacent Turtle Bay Resort was the perfect place to gather at sunset for a drink at The Point - the amazing colours augmented by late day surfers and live music. It also provided an array of activities - we enjoyed surfing, golfing, segway tours and biking the many trails, as well as a lovely spa. Great restaurants within walking distance - we loved Roy's and Lei Lei's. Close proximity to many other beaches, food trucks, grocery stores, Waimea Valley(Toa Luau is a must!). We spent our last day in Waikiki and were so glad we had spent our vacation on the North Shore in comparison. Our hosts were easy and friendly to work with, from phone calls to emails - they were prompt and concerned with our stay. We had an AC issue and they responded as quickly and effectively as was possible, solving the problem as soon as they could. The onsite staff was friendly - in fact everyone we came into contact with was very warm and made us feel welcome. The villas are very spacious - large living room and kitchen area and have so many amenities that we really wanted for nothing. We used the bbq area a lot and even though there are only two, we never had to wait. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were nice and although a bit of wear and tear on the furniture, all was clean and comfortable. This was the perfect location for our family vacation. We absolutely loved it!

We loved this condo with our children not only for it’s close proximity to both the pool and ocean but all the fun beach toys and chairs/umbrella provided. Beds were comfy and condo was comfortable. We will be staying here again when returning to Turtle Bay.

My first thought entering the unit was omg I have died and gone to heaven.
Not only was the place beyond my wildest expectations of this type, but the consideration and care and over and above exceptional customer service was amazing.

We loved our stay at Gina’s Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay.
We stayed in #106 (3br) connecting to #105 (Studio) and it accommodated our family group perfectly. Here are the highlights: View of the ocean from our patio; easy walk to beach and pool; lots of beach & snorkeling gear provided; beach was lovely, pool too; easy walk to the resort which offered free & fee fun things to do like, dining, surfing lessons, sunset yoga, ukulele lessons, sunset cocktails, spa treatments, sunset horseback riding. Lots of other nearby beaches to explore, including Shark’s Cove (snorkeling & turtles) and Laniakea (more turtles).
Gina & Vincent were a pleasure to rent from. Everything was perfect.
North shore is a terrific vacation spot an Gina’s Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay is the perfect base.

Villa 105 at Turtle Bay was fantastic. All came as advertised. Communications were simple and timely, the unit was spotless and comfortable, and the views and location can't be beat! Highly recommend for couples or families!

Just removing 1 star as there was no dishwasher in our studio suite. I am sure the larger places have one. As we have 2 children this was most inconvenien, I am sure this wouldnt be a problem for others. Otherwise it was perfect, any minor problems we had were dealt with so promtly. Everything else was perfect about this place. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

I recently stayed here with my husband, 2.5 year old and 6 month old. I was a little worried about the studio layout with the kids but it worked out perfectly. I also really liked that we were on the ground level which let my 2.5 year old play on the grass while we relaxed on the lanai. The location was extremely close to the pool and the beach which gave us a lot of flexibility in activities and was probably my favorite aspect of this rental. The place itself was very nice and clean with everything you would need. The only downfall of this place was there wasn’t a dishwasher and there was minimal counter space but that’s a trade off I’d be happy to make again for the quality of this rental and the awesome location for kids
