This property’s location can’t be beat! perfect ocean view and just steps to Kuilima cove. check in was easy and seamless and on insland property manager was very responsive.
However, I would highly suggest to the owner/manager to upgrade the mattress. We spent 5 nights and the bed was so uncomfortable and painful!

This unit was simply amazing. Perfect in every way.

Location and amenities were excellent.
Property was in good condition and clean.
Enjoyed the surf, golf and restaurants.

This place was perfect for me and my husband for our anniversary. We ate breakfast in every morning and sip coffee on the lanai. A few steps to the beach where we star gazed each night. The grounds were beautiful for our daily walks with so much to see right around the resort!

We were looking to relax during our stay. It was perfect! You can either sit on the patio and watch beach goers come and go or enjoy the beach or pool which are both steps away. Best place ever for families. There are lots of kids! Loved that there were a couple of restaurants walking distance. We also walked over to Turtle Bay resort. They have a small market which was handy if you just needed a couple things and they also have a nice pool bar. TBR also has a surfing school. If you walk either way beyond the resorts you can walk a long distance with very few people. There is a golf course right there and horseback riding. Grocery stores were just a couple miles away. We loved the variety of things to do without having to drive.

This was a large and very well furnished studio unit or two persons. The private ground floor lanai was secure yet steps away from the beach at Kuilima Cove and provided easy access to the restaurants and activities of the Turtle Bay Resort. The unit was in excellent condition and very clean and the kitchen, while small, was exceptionally well equipped with quality cookware and tableware. A dedicated and secure parking spot that was steps away from the unit was especially appreciated.

Nice condo right on the beach away from the hustle & bustle of Waikiki. The provided snorkel gear is not not top quality, but other than that, everything was great!

Our family of 4 couples and our 11 month old granddaughter had a fabulous time! Villas 102 & 103 were steps from the beach and pool and only minutes from Roys and the Turtle Bay resort. It was so peaceful to sit on the shaded lanai and view a perfect horizon of ocean & sky from sunrise to sunset. Our granddaughter had a beachfront seat for all her meals. The faucet in front of villa 103 used for rinsing off the sand turned out to be the perfect "beach" with a little sand and water to play in.
The layout of the villas made for a relaxing stay and we never felt on top of the other guests. I was concerned about a steady stream of families going to and from the beach past our lanai. Instead, we saw few people and felt the set back gave us enough space and privacy. The evenings were quiet, restful and the air conditioning comfortable. Everyone was friendly. The beach locker is a plus that not all villas provide.
The furnishings are tired but functional. You do have to always be aware of the step down. It might be time to replace the kitchen faucet. The view and location are what makes these villas worth it.
Kudos go to Gina, Kimberly and Lea, managers of Oceanfront Vacation Villas! You were patient and available for my multiple phone calls. I appreciated that you added a sound bar just days before our arrival. Thank you for quickly responding to my request for an early checkin and late checkout. Being focused on our grandchild, I wasn't as organized as I usually am. Your enthusiasm for this magical place is contagious!
If you want more space, a place to cook, an unforgettable view and location, with friendly and helpful people, this is the place to stay on the North Shore!

This experience was above and beyond. The location is the best Villa in the building and the vicinity to good restaurants, beaches, hiking, etc was incredible. At first we really wanted to use the Turtle Bay hotel pool but once we got eyes on the pool at the Villas it was quiet and MUCH less crowded than Turtle Bay. Look no further!

We had a wonderful 25th-Anniversary stay at Villa 102! It was everything as described in the write—up. We loved the location and the lanai and spent many hours there just talking and relaxing. We swam in the pool and used the hot tub, and walked along the beach. We ate at the Beach Club twice—delicious! The only problem suggestion we have is better instructions on how to operate the sophisticated tv setup. We will be back with our family soon! John and Debbie from San Diego

Location was way better than staying at the actual hotel, the management company was very helpful and accommodating, the room exceeded our expectations, we hope to come back again very soon!!

This rental was truly ocean view! This was a much larger space than anticipated and plenty of room to make this feel like a home away from home. The patio view was stunning and we were amazed that the ocean was truly steps away!

We rented three condos for a family reunion and stayed in the smaller unit. It was right on the beach, making morning coffee wonderful from the lanai. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal and the entire unit was perfectly appointed from utensils to dishes/pots/pans, blankets, towels and pillows (even a pack-and-play and a high chair for those that need them). The storage area had everything for a beach day including chairs, pool toys and cooler. It may our stay everything we wanted relaxing and effortless.
The setting could not be better. Turtle Bay resort is beautiful and has so many activities. We went horseback riding, surfing, biking and snorkeling, all on property. Given we were a big group (14in all), staying 'on campus' made it easier.
The location of turtle bay is also close to several food trucks and eateries. We enjoyed the 'Sunshine Shack' for breakfast and of course, Giovanni 's food truck, a few times. Working with the concierge at the hotel was a breeze. They were able to book us a photographer as well as a catamaran trip. Understanding the size of the group, they were able to make suggestions to make everyone happy.
All in all, a fabulous trip of a lifetime.I should also point out that checkin, access to everything and the response of the property managers was like none I've experienced. We had no issues except for needing dishtowels, and when we called, we had them within the hour. All our questions prior to the trip were responded to immediately and accurately. Overall, a delightful experience.

My kids and I spent two nights in this villa and it was bliss. It was right on the beach, very convenient to the pool, was the perfect layout for four people and had all the amenities we needed!

This location, unit, resort, grounds, and property management all earn a 10 out of 10 rating - just outstanding. We had NO issues and had an incredible experience. When we did need help, Villas by Gina ROCKED. We travel a LOT and this team and spot blew us away. We will be back and when on the island will check in with Gina first. They have another unit above this one, next time we may rent them both for our older kids. Nice miles of amazing trails... the place blew us away. Book now.

We absolutely loved this villa. It was a perfect location and in walking distance to the beach. The hosts of the villa were excellent and communicative. They sent out emails that were well detailed and gave information about the area and things to do. The area is beautiful and very relaxing.

Only thing we had an issue with was the shower would leak out into the bathroom floor, I think the seal on the shower door just needed to be replaced.

Other than that, this villa was a dream come true. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Oahu.

Unit 102 is a beautiful gem on the N Shore of Oahu. Ground floor, you walk right out to the beach or pool and Beach House by Roys is just around the corner. We'll definitely be back.

Great condo, everything worked per instructions. Convenient parking, beach is steps away! Great views, great kitchen, love the lanai and appreciated the chairs and umbrellas in storage. Pool and hot tub lovely and warm. Perfect vacation at this gorgeous condo!

Everything was perfect. Super location, fully stocked with beach equipment, and great patio to relax on.

We had a wonderful time at Turtle Bay with our family of 9. We had 4 children, ages 13, 12, 4, and 2. We enjoyed having our private bedrooms and spread out spaces for lots of different reasons. It was great to step straight out to the grass and enjoyed heading directly to the beautifully kept and family friendly beach. Snorkelling was good and the pool was also used a lot. We hope to return in the future!

We had a wonderful idyllic time in Villa 102 at Turtle Bay. The resort is gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed the unspoiled beaches....the waves, the whales, the perfect weather. Gina is lovely, very professional;the villa was well-situated and well-maintained. Can't imagine a better vacation experience!

This could not be more beautifully located, with close access to the ocean, a pretty pool/jacuzzi, and the wonderful Turtle Bay Hoteland resort. So many activities, from golf to horseback riding and surfing and SUP. Roy's restaurant excellent and right on the beach... The bar at the hotel has stunning views... restaurant Alaia at the hotel is great too.

Villa 102 is beautiful and the location is stunning, you are 100 ft from the sand at the cove on Turtle Bay Resort. Everything is provided with instructions on entry , departure ,contact information, Villa appliances and the interesting places in the North shore area are all provided and very detailed. Villa 102 is a studio so privacy within the Villa is limited but , just my wife and I it was perfect. We visited the Turtle Bay hotel almost daily, it is a very short walk.The hotel staff was very friendly , the coffee shop was great, we had very good meals at the restaurants. We were staying at the villa when some very severe storms where hitting the island, we felt very safe and secure and we enjoyed watching the incredible waves made even more incredible from the storm, absolutely awesome. The only issue for me is it is very expensive, all the villas are expensive. I was able to rent this at a December rate and was happy we did. If money is no issue this is an absolutely perfect location any time of the year.

Highly recommend staying at the Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay. My family and I enjoyed 10 incredible nights a the suite. Gina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the trip. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable!

This is the second time our family has stayed in Villa 102. One family stayed in Villa 102 and the rest of us were in Villa 103. The location is amazing and we hope to return for a 3rd trip. Our family says it is their favorite place to go.

Great location that felt like you had your own private beach. The studio was fully equipped with everything you need including much appreciated beach and snorkel gear. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I highly recommend this beautiful villa. We've stayed at Turtle Bay before, but with the hotel closed for renovations, we decided to try a villa. Now, we'll never go back to the main hotel! The view is beautiful -- you have an ocean view (and access) right from your lanai, so you can wake up and fall asleep to the waves. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated. The owners made check in so easy -- excellent communication and instructions. We will be back!

This is our 6th year staying in the Oceanfront Villas. We have rented 102, 104 and 105. All very nice. The villa was clean and all the things you need when you stay away from home were there. If anything needed a quick repair it was done immediately, such as a burned out light bulb or dish rack no longer working. We love our time here and will definitely be back!

We loved the place and the experience we had. The location is amazing and the beach and pool great. It wasn’t crowded with due to Covid and we were able to feel safe and relatively isolated. The location is very protected from the wind and the beach there has no waves and is great for kids. The unit has everything we needed and was in great condition.

Thank you all. We had a really wonderful time and the condominium was really very beautiful and restful during our surf vacation. You were particularly helpful after after our son left his passport. Thank you again.

Villa 102 was exactly what our family needed. Not only is the ocean-front location ideal, the unit had everything we could possibly need.

Best VRBO rental we have had!!!!!! Will plan to revisit in the future. Most definitely pictures are NOT deceiving. It was truly as perfect as the pictures. The on site person was quick to respond to questions. Easy to access. Most appreciated to have the snorkel gear and toys to use on site as we brought our 5 year old daughter. Thank you again for the best experience!!!!

When we arrived we had an issue with the kitchen faucet and the ice maker wasn't working. They fixed the faucet the next day but the ice maker never worked. I also think for the rate they charge, we could have had more than 1 washcloth, and the bed should have had a fitted bottom sheet instead of a flat sheet.

The property, facilities and location are exactly what you are thinking of when thinking of an ideal Hawaii Vacation. The amenities are as presented plus! My wife and I were thinking this would be our one and only Hawaii visit but our week on Oahu with this as our home base has made us rethink that.
